Preparation
With painting comes alot of preparation. First we will cover any furniture aswell as flooring to not get any paint on it.
Patch
We will patch up any holes in the drywall, put caulking to fill cracks in baseboards, casings, or any other trims.
Next we will sand all the drywall compound applied to give the walls a smooth texture.
Once that is complete now the home is ready to be primed. We will apply one coat of primer so that the new paint sticks on properly and doesn’t peel away.
After a desired new colour is selected we will start to apply atleast one coat of new paint. Some places will require more coats especially if the previous colour was darker.
Taking all of these steps ensures that your home will have the desired look and appeal that you wanted.
